Alabama Chiropractic Continuing Education Requirements*

  • 18 hours of CE due by September 30th of each year.
  • 2 of the 18 hours be in the topic of Alabama Rules and Regulations.

Online Rules:

8 of the required 18 hours are allowed to be completed online (6 hours plus *2 hours of Alabama Law and Board Rules are allowed to be completed online)

*PLEASE NOTE: Amended Rule 190-X-2-.11: Beginning October 1, 2026, all licensees practicing in Alabama must obtain their two hours of AL Law CE credit at ASBCE facilitated in-person events.

**Practitioners holding Inactive licenses and First-year licensees may still receive online CE credit for AL Law courses. **
