A rational, easy-to-follow, sequential 12-step approach to film interpretation is presented, with emphasis on the CATBITES categories of bone disease, illustrated with appropriate examples. Proper construction of an x-ray report is discussed, sample cases from the various categories are discussed in a rounds-type setting.

This course reviews the clinical presentation of cervicogenic headache, proposed diagnostic criteria, pathophysiologic mechanisms, and methods of diagnostic evaluation.
