HOUR 1: a review of degenerative arthritides, concentrating on osteoarthritis, and including DISH, neurotrophic joints, and synoviochondrometaplasia. HOUR 2: the comparison is made with the inflammatory arthritides, including rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile RA, and major rheumatoid variants, including ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, and Reiter’s syndrome.
