Dr. Tom Woodman, DC

Dr. Tom Woodman is a 2005 graduate of Life Chiropractic College West who quickly became enamored with neurofeedback therapy after being introduced to it in 2010.  Dr. Woodman became Board Certified in Neurofeedback through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance in 2012.  He has been conferred the status of Senior Fellow with BCIA, and he serves as a mentor for others seeking Board Certification through them.

Dr. Woodman maintains a private practice in Norwalk, Connecticut, where he is the Clinical Director of Neurofeedback Therapy.  Additionally, he provides one-on-one case management for patients doing his remote neurofeedback program, Next Level Neurofeedback, which offers advanced, dual-channel neurofeedback training for at-home training (www.NextLevelNeurofeedback.com).

Dr. Woodman’s knowledge of neurofeedback is well respected within the community, serving as a panel expert for national healthcare organizations as well as teaching Grand Rounds at local hospitals. Nationally, he has been the lead instructor on 12 to 18-hour CEU seminars on the topic of functional brain development, neuroplasticity and neurofeedback.  Locally, he regularly teaches 1-2 hour CEU seminars to social workers and psychologists that correlate brainwave patterns to various mental health and behavioral issues, including addiction/recovery, anxieties, depression, insomnia, ADHD, learning disorders and much more.
