ACUTE SPINAL CORD TRAUMA - Credit Hours: 1
The purpose of this course is to aid the Chiropractic Profession by providing Chiropractors with information about basic spinal cord anatomy, describes common mechanisms of spinal cord injury and changes in bodily function after injury, and discusses patient management during the acute phase of spinal cord injury treatment.

BASIC CASE MANAGEMENT - Credit Hours: 1
This course will provide you with the basic principles of case management. It will include discussion on evaluation, diagnosis, setting goals and treatments. As part of this course you will also be introduced to the use of outcome assessments.
BASIC MRI PART 1 - Credit Hours: 1
Although a detailed understanding of nuclear physics is not necessary to interpret MRI studies, chiropractors should have a solid understanding of the basic principles involved in producing MRI images. This course describes the basic fundamental principles shared by all MRI scanners.
BASIC MRI PART 2 - Credit Hours: 1
The second part to this series will begin with a discussion regarding the multiplanar images of MRI, the shades of gray and the differences between T1 and T2 weighted images. We will then explore the special MRI studies that have been created to help identify different pathologies. This will include discussions on Fat Suppression, Contrast Enhanced and Functional MRI studies.
BASIC MRI PART 3 - Credit Hours: 1
In the third part of this series we will discuss the Contraindications to MRI, how to read an MRI report, the MRI appearance of DDD, Ligamentum Flavum Hypertrophy, Disc Herniations, Annular Tears and Post-disc Surgical cases.
CERVICOGENIC HEADACHES - Credit Hours: 2
This course reviews the clinical presentation of cervicogenic headache, proposed diagnostic criteria, pathophysiologic mechanisms, and methods of diagnostic evaluation. Guidelines for developing a successful multidisciplinary pain management program using medication, physical therapy, osteopathic manipulative treatment, other non pharmacologic modes of treatment, and anesthetic interventions are also presented.
CONDITIONS OF THE DISC PART 1 - Credit Hours: 1
This course will begin with a detailed discussion on the functional anatomy of the disc. This will include disc innervation, disc nutrition and structural composition. The course will continue with a discussion on the basic interpretation of MRI.
CONDITIONS OF THE DISC PART 2 - Credit Hours: 1
This course will begin with a short review of the basic aspects of MRI. The discussion will then continue with a detailed analysis of disc herniations and normal disc aging.
CONDITIONS OF THE DISC PART 3 - Credit Hours: 1
This is the last installment of a three part series. It will include a review of normal disc aging, a discussion on the differences between normal disc aging and degenerative disc disease, internal disc disruptions, and nerve in growth.
DOCUMENTATION - Credit Hours: 2
This course will provide you with the basic principles of documentation to establish medical necessity for the treatments you provide for your patients. In today's healthcare environment more and more chiropractors are experiencing post payment audits. If an audit reveals that the medical necessity for the treatment was not supported in the notes, then the provider is required to refund the insurance company. This course will give you all the necessary forms and concepts to protect you from these audits.
FUNCTION BASED CARE PART 1 - Credit Hours: 1
This course is designed to instruct physicians on the basic principles of function based care. It will include a discussion on how to demonstrate medical necessity for function based care, how to perform physical capacity tests, and how to prescribe specific exercises related to the patient's ability to perform those tests.
FUNCTION BASED CARE PART 2 - Credit Hours: 1
Part 2 of Function Based Care picks up with Neuromuscular Re-education. In this course we will discuss the theory of this treatment as well as how to demonstrate medical necessity for these exercises. This course will also discuss stretching exercises and postural correction exercises.
GEORGIA JURISPRUDENCE - Credit Hours: 1

MIGRAINE HEADACHES - Credit Hours: 2
This course will review the basic principles of the etiology of Migraine Headaches. We will also focus on the evaluation and treatment of patients suffering with this condition.
PASSIVE CARE MODALITIES PART 1 - Credit Hours: 1
Passive Care Modalities Part 1 will provide you with detailed instruction on symptom based care. This will include a discussion regarding thermal therapies and electric stimulation and TENS unit integration as an effective pain management tool.
PASSIVE CARE MODALITIES PART 2 - Credit Hours: 1
Passive Care Modalities Part 2 will provide you with detailed instruction on Ultrasound, Trigger Point Therapy and Spinal Traction.
POST TRAUMATIC HEADACHES - Credit Hours: 2
This course will review the basic principles of the etiology of Post Traumatic Headaches. We will also focus on the evaluation and treatment of patients suffering with this condition.
PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES - Credit Hours: 1
This 1-hour course is designed to meet the Professional Boundaries" continuing education requirements for State Board license renewal."
TENSION TYPE HEADACHES - Credit Hours: 2
This course will review the basic principles of the etiology of tension type headaches. We will also focus on the evaluation and treatment of patients suffering with this condition.
UNDERSTANDING WHIPLASH PART 1 - Credit Hours: 2
This course will detail the biomechanics of low speed rear impact collisions. This includes discussions on the S shaped curve of the spine, general magnitudes of force, factors associated with increased risk of injury and the types of injuries that result from these collisions.
UNDERSTANDING WHIPLASH PART 2 - Credit Hours: 2
Part 2 of this series will focus on specific conditions and symptoms related to whiplash type injuries. Some of the conditions we will discuss include: the etiology of neck pain and headache, radiculopathy, TOS, myofascial pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, post-concussive syndrome, and TMJ
