Nutritional Assessment for the Chiropractor – Part 1
Credit Hours: 2
$40.00
Description
An integral part of running a functional medicine practice is a proper history and clinical assessment. This is probably one of the most important factors in helping a patient get well. Often, by simply taking a good history the practitioner will not only be able to make an initial diagnosis, but this will also direct them to doing the proper diagnostic testing. This will then help develop a treatment plan specific to that patient. Taking a proper history and doing the appropriate testing often can make the difference not only in patient’s results but helps the clinician gain confidence with the patient leading to more referrals.Approved In The Following States
