This two-hour course will provide an introduction to the fundamental best practices of chiropractic documentation. This webinar will discuss the initial patient visit, how to document and record the patient’s chief complaints and initial diagnosis, how to develop a treatment plan, and how to track patient progress to determine the need for additional treatment.
